SWEAT //
Full Body cardio focused workout that utilises movements that are low complexity and high intensity. We challenge all energy systems possible within a 40 minute work time period building work rate, work capacity and mental stamina throughout your workout.
WEEKEND WARRIOR //
This an ever changing class that will feature a mixture of everything we did through the week bringing it into one workout. This is total body, heart pumping, cardio and strength conditioning workout. Weekend Warrior is an interval based class that combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.
LEAN & MEAN //
Our unique resistance classes use a method between resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and build strength to give you that strong lean look. You will develop strength and conditioning of both body and mind.
RESHAPE //
Reshape is a more resistance based class where we take you through a blend of strength, conditioning and movement where you will tone, sculpt and work your body in every way. This workout is more hands on for that extra support, engagement and guidance that will help you evolve to the fittest and healthiest version of yourself.
WORKOUT X //
Our unique Workout X is purposely built for you to become a fitter version of yourself. This class is a conditioning workout to optimise either your performance to prepare you for anything fitness related or optimising your calorie burn increasing your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours post workout.
CARDIO JUNKIE //

METHOD // PILATES INSPIRED
By fusing the methods and teachings of the classical Pilates methods with unique and focused training techniques, this open level class will define your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and mind-body connection. This class teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness. Get ready for 45 minutes of complete and total body workout.
MUMS & BUBS //
Stay fit, healthy and stress free during your pregnancy or giving you a time to ease back into your training giving back to your body both physically and mentally. Come sweat with the team where we will increase strength, tone, fitness level with your new training routine. These workouts have adapted to be child and mumma friendly, Lights are on, mic is off and music is down a little giving you a safe environment to train in.
