MAD MONDAY

Full Body workout. The class is based around an interval training sequence with high intensity exercises. If you are making up for the naughty things you ate on the weekend or if you are establishing positive habits from the start of the week, this full body workout is going to leave you feeling sweaty, pushed and strong.

 *All workouts are for all fitness levels and body types and are based off your fitness level. Modifications in each level is provided.

TUESDAY

This workout uses resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and build strength and really give your muscles the long lean look.

WEDNESDAY

FRESHMAN

Designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there for 45 minutes while focusing on your core. Whatever your goal is, from preventing or decreasing back pain, improving your posture through to having washboard abs or a trimmer waistline, this class is designed for you.

FRISKY FRIDAYS

Frisky Fridays are all about sweating to your favourite beat from the 80s, 90s, classics, through to todays Hits. You have the opportunity to get your favourite track that gets you in the mood and feeling frisky on your Friday onto our Friday playlists. The workout offers a variety of movements designed to keep things fun while you are sweating.

CLUBHOUSE

This fun and ever changing class will feature a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.
